The Bradford Training Association Limited (BTAL) is a ‘not for profit organisation’ founded more than forty years ago to ensure young people were given the skills and training to help them succeed.

Since then the association has gone from strength to strength. As you will see from the courses and advice we provide, BTAL has successfully expanded across all areas of management development, personal development and business improvement.
