Entry requirements

GCSE grade D or above in Mathematics and English Language.

Relevant NVQ, GNVQ subjects will also be considered.

The Training Programme

  • The programme is generally two years which consists of both in-company and off-site training with assessment and attendance at our Training Centre for further educational elements.
  • Attendance at our Training Centre is day release

The Qualifications Outcome

  • NVQ levels 2 &3 in Customer Service
  • OCR Technical Certificate (where appropriate)
  • Key Skills in Information Technology, Application of Number and Communications
  • Relevant word processing and computer skills
