- Develop programmes within the timescales agreed and provide the support required to deliver effective learning.

Providing Information
To keep you informed about our services and the development of new programmes, we will:
- Publish up-to-date and accurate information on all our services and learning programmes.
- Maintain a website which reflects our current services and programmes.
- Publish and distribute to clients at least two newsletters a year outlining developments within BTAL and practical information on training and learning initiatives.
- Provide detailed programme information to clients including structure, learning and assessment methods, duration of programme, method of delivery, assessment and cost.

We need to work in partnership with you to deliver effective programmes that meet your requirements. You can help us to do this by:
- Providing accurate information of your requirements, your company and your employees.
- Advising us of any changes to your requirements or employees’ status.
- Working with us to help you achieve your objectives. The more we understand about your organisation the better, in order to help us develop the learning initiatives that will help you achieve your business goals.
